Yes.

It's called MotionFlow.  See http://store.sony.com/40-diag-w600b-series-led-hdtv-zid27-KDL40W600B/cat-27-catid-All-Sony-HD-TVs#

Note that on some TVs the soap opera effect can be disabled.  Don't know if it can on this one.
