I've turned off (removing the power plug) my ColoQube 8570 and now it is not turning on...

I've tried to leave it without current for a couple of minutes and no luck: any hints?

Is there any activity on the display, or the lights? Can you hear the fan?

If the answer is no to all the above, check the fuse. Also, try another power cord in another power point. If none of this helps, call Xerox.

If there is any activity, someone may be able to help if you give us more information.

I kept the thing disconnected for a few minutes and then used another power socket: it whirred up again.

I could bet that if I turn it off it will never turn on again but for now we can say problem solved :)
