RD Web access problem on server 2012 R2

Hi All

I have a RD server, and just wonder how can I have concurrent connect to a remote pc ? for example if I have one user connected to a remote pc , and the other user wont see the "connect to a remote pc" display after logged into the RD WEB Access, and also I can not open the calculator, and it used to work few day ago, and I access it in external network, RD Gateway has enabled, any idea ?

you can only have concurrent sessions from server operating system's and not client operating systems. As far as the remote app programs I'd suggest re-doing them.

With the proper CALS you can have 100s of remote connections to a server operating system.. Client Operating systems can only have 1 user active at any one time.  Two connections via rdp i.e. 1 console and 1 remote or 2 remote apply to Server operating systems when remote desktop services is not involved.
