SharePoint workflow steps

Hi,

i have a SharePoint list with two fields. One with Title field and other with "People" field. Now, I want to develop a workflow which can be triggered manually via list view Custom Action. When triggered, the workflow should send an email to all the users on the list represented by people field. However, the workflow initiator should be presented with a form to enter the email message. Is this possible with Out of the box SharePoint designer workflows?

Any help is appreciated.

No you can not do this is 2010. It is a feature that has been longed for but with OOTB features it is not possible.

You could just create a sharepoint group and have all those people in the group, then you can just go to permissions and Email the group.
You could do it with a Visual studio workflow of course.
