It is going to be difficult to say what is going on without seeing the code that is causing the issue. But seeming that you have not seen a crash we would need to see the complete project so we can try and figure it out. If it is possible can you zip the complete project and post to a web site where we can download and have a look.

Because nobody on the Internet had a solution that made sense to me! And I had been working on this problem for about 2 weeks so I took a<br />
chance and it worked! And is complex as Visual Studio is there can be myriad to answers on the same scenario and none them work.

I tried to load the old project and the form would not appear. &nbsp;I tried the a new project and still no form,. Uninstall Visual Studio Express 2013, with sp4 &nbsp;four times, still the same problem.
