I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try Cleaning the project by doing the following. On the IDE menu Build -> Clean and recompile and try again.

It is going to be difficult to say what is going on without seeing the code that is causing the issue. But seeming that you have not seen a crash we would need to see the complete project so we can try and figure it out. If it is possible can you zip the complete project and post to a web site where we can download and have a look.

I solved the problem for now. I downloaded the IOS version from Microsoft and this worked. But I need a second tool to do this. It is called "Power ISO" cost $29.95. I used this tool to copy another copy of the IOS file to my hard disk. When did that it expand the one ISO file into two files. I clicked to "VS application file" and it install VS on to my hard drive. It gave me a message that VS did not install properly. But I load VS with a new WPF project and the window appeared. If I find problem with this I will just repair VS.

If you purchase " Power ISO" have  your antivirus scan the file, because they is some adware attached to this file. I use "AVG INTERNT SECURITY 2014". I tried to download the ISO tool, but there was adware as well as virus attached to the files.
Thank You

Because nobody on the Internet had a solution that made sense to me! And I had been working on this problem for about 2 weeks so I took a
chance and it worked! And is complex as Visual Studio is there can be myriad to answers on the same scenario and none them work.
