Repair startup for Sbs 2011

I tried to delete  a redundant second OS and subs won't start anymore, error message is boot mgr is missing

Solved!
Booted from installation cd, ran startup repair and in the command prompt window typed;
bootrec /rebuildbcd
selected drive with my installed OS using the option below;
Add installation to boot list? Yes(Y)/No(N)/All(A)

Restarted server and OS started running without any further prompting.
