Activation of MS Office 365

I have an MS Office 365 account.  I downloaded Office to my new laptop.  When I enter one of the programs I'm prompted to activate the program, but when I elect to activate via my Internet connection I get the attached message.  I've tried several times throughout the day, to no avail.  My account is active, and I've only got the program installed on three of my computers (including the new one).  The programs work without the activation, but I think that will stop shortly.  Please help.

are you logged in with the account that you setup office 365?

I logged in when I downloaded the software.  Do I need to log in somewhere in the program?
