Sccm 2012 R2 Client Installation Error

We are setting up a new sscm 2012 r2  server .when i run push client installation wizard get an error with access denied. Error code 5 and all client showing same error .. what are the possible cause of this error ???

please give a solution .....

It would appear that permissions on the share where the ccm client is located are incorrect.
