After some Windows updates my DHCP server shutdown and will not turn back on when I try to start it in services. We also have a Comcast router
Anyway, the Comcast router is not running DHCP, I just checked and it's disabled
Any suggestions where to start? when I try to turn DHCP on I get in Event Viewer:

DHCP-server 1053
The DHCP/BINL service has encountered another server on this network with IP Address, fe80::c604:15ff:fe34:f0bb, belonging to a domain

Hello,

From that error it is seeing another DHCP Server on your network.  Can you ping that IPv6 address?

Do an IP Scan and find that address.  Then disable the DHCP service on that device or turn it off.

You could also use a PC as a DHCP client to see where it is getting the address form.
