Can some body provide the steps or documents for Moving Database server from on-premises to Amazon cloud.

You could also take a look at the section "How do I import data to Amazon RDS?"  in the following link

http://aws.amazon.com/rds/faqs/

This will then go into detail depending on the type of database you are trying to import, probably better than the previous link I posted
