There is a view in SQL which stores this information:

v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER

Use this SQL query in criteria (SQL Query):

SELECT
  v_R_System.Name0,
  v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER.Description0,
  v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER.DeviceID0,
  v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER.DriverVersion0,
  v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER.VideoModeDescription0,
  v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER.CurrentBitsPerPixel0,
  v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER.AdapterRAM0,
  v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER.VideoProcessor0
FROM
  v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER
  inner join v_R_System on v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER.ResourceID = v_R_System.ResourceID
