Windows DHCP Port 67 Question

Hello Experts,

Whenever I try and run an application called Anatmedia DHCP I keep on getting the following error message, see image.

I have two NICs however I'm not even configured for the IP Address shown in the image. Can someone tell me how to free the port?

Also, I don't have another DHCP server installed...

Have you tried changing the IP Address on the server, to something very different ?
