I need to migrate sql server bi edition 2008 to 2014, what would be the plan map  for it ?

I need to migrate SQL Server 2008 BI edition to SQL Server 2014, what would be best approach to do it smoothly, I do have ssis packages, ssrs, jobs, tables,, users etc

In place upgrade will do it. test it on a Test environment first
