Microsoft Portal down for over a month

So, I've been trying to get help from Microsoft regarding the Office 365 portal being down and I have had absolutely no luck with a response. Can someone either suggest an email address I can try OR possible someone knows what the problem is... I have attached a screenshot showing you what is coming upScreenshot of Office Portal

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

pretty hard to get mad at someone when it's not there problem.  If it was for everyone you'd see banners and flag wavers all over the place

You might also try deleting the favorite you may have used, as the ling link in your screenshot does not look normal either.  Try a newly opened browser and manually type in the address: and delete any other characters that may populate in your link...

Nah it still doesnt work in Chrome... weird but I guess I'll just use Safari from now for this

Another option then... Sounds like a setting somewhere in Chrome could be the issue... Chrome should be easy to uninstall and reinstall...
