user unable to launch app on receiver

we deployed new citrix presentation server, but the issue users who use legacy client s they able to launch the app. but users who use latest receiver not working. need help to fix the problem.

did you installed the latest rollup pack for presentation server? if not you can install the same check hope it should work.

Great thanks a lot and you saved my time. after installing the lasted version of hotfix issue fixed
