sharepoint files not updating

Hi, in my organisation we have two PC both using office 365 and sharepoint.

One PC is fine with sharepoint. we can add files fron the descktop to the sharepoint folder and they get stored in sharepoint and down loaded to the sharepoint folder on the other PC.
However with the other PC they can create folder and recieve files to share, however storing files in this folder they are not uploaded to sharepoint. any suggestions to fix this.
