  Does anyone knows where to find  freelance real Oracle related Jobs  ? , some websites or forums.

You can enable the 'Hire Me' option on this site in your profile.  I've known some Experts here to pick up some jobs with it.

Not Oracle specific but there are a LOT of rent-a-coder type sites out there.  Not sure how many Oracle specific jobs are on them but they are probably worth a look.

Look at contracting firms.  Many of them will sub-contract out work or hire independent contractors for the term of the contract.

Found several with a quick Google of: freelance oracle jobs

Cannot recommend any since I've never been in that market.
