how to solve the error 1935:

when installing crystal report runtime(CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_4)  At almost 100% the installation stops with message:   error 1935 an error occurred during the installation of assembly component 97f81af1 0e47

Quite possibly a corrupt file system and NET installation.
