I have a meraki switch and it is blinking orange and green really fast on the front of the switch.  This is a 24 port switch and 18 of the ports are being used.  The computers or phones that are plugged into these ports are working fine.  When I try and plug in another device to the the open ports it will not light and the device does not connect.  Any ideas?  I went to the meraki web interface but I don't see anything that I can tell is off.

Can we have model of your switch?
Varied blinking is not documented, may mean MDI-X crosover.

How would I check about the config?  I can get into the web interface of the switch.
