"cannot move the item, known error"

This is what i get when i drag and drop an email that contains 9 attachements into my public folder.  All other messages are fine.

Email does not seem out of the ordinary.  8 attachments are 32kb PDFs, 1 attachment is a 328kb PDF.

The message body and 2 attachments end up in the PF after the error.  The origional email remains in my inbox.

I can move the email around my mailbox fine, just not the PF.

PF settings are same as mailbox (for attachment size limit, retention, etc. etc).  PF is email enabled.

Tried looking at KB articles online.. they all tell me to check my PF permissions for anyone with DENY level access... none exist in my PF.  Weird.

As 2 attachments are copied, it clearly indicates something to do with PF limits. Check the item size limit and prohibit post quota. Once you have the limits increased you have to wait for the changes to be replicated across all PF servers.

size limits were removed from the PF at the time of creation... approx 4 months ago.  There are msg's in the PF with bigger attachments that are not behaving this way.

permissions are also accurate.

I chalked this up as being a corrupt email.  I was successful in being able to export the msg to PST, then import it into the users mailbox.  After this step i was able to drag and drop it freely into PF and out of PF.

weird

thx for your suggestions.
