How to uninstall an incomplete installation of Exchange 2010 management tools for Windows 7

Hello, I tried to install Exchange Server 2010 management tools on my Windows 7 but half way thru installation I keep getting failed messages.  (see my attachment for the error that I am getting).  It says to restart the system which I have tried a number of times but I keep getting the same error.  I tried running Revo uninstaller but Exchange Server 2010 management tools does not show in the list.  Is there another way to uninstall this incomplete installation, for example: in the registry?

Does someone know how I can complete this install?
