Hi,

I have a weird case. In my iphone mail, even though i read everything, there is one other mail unread according to the app. It is an exchange account and this didn't happen before. Also via outlook, i can see there is no unread mails.

What to do?

Just go to Settings> Mail, Contacts, Calendars> choose the account and turn off emails.

Close the Mail App down, then go back to Settings> Mail, Contacts, Calendars> and choose the same account, then turn Mail back on again and it should resolve the incorrect message count.
