Pls see the run through in Cisco guide after successful login into your scansafe account and need to create key and redirect traffic the FW via ASDM to Scansafe http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/security/cloud-web-security/solution_overview_c07-721174.html

you need to subscribe to this service (now called CWS) through Cisco and they will confirm with email etc
http://www.cisco.com/web/about/ac49/ac0/ac1/ac259/scansafe.html#~faqs, thereafter then you can go to login at https://scancenter.scansafe.com/portal/admin/login.jsp

do reach out to their service support contact. for other collateral for CWS is useful http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/security/cloud-web-security/tsd-products-support-configure.html
