export contact from windows live mail to outlook 2013

I want to export my contact from wlm to outlook 2013 ,now when I export to vcf.card and after this try to import to outlook I need to import one by one and it's a lot of time I want to import one time all the contact.
what is the best solution?

In the Resolution section, choose "Exporting Contacts from Windows Live Mail to Microsoft Outlook 2013."
