Seems like this would take more than a one-liner.  Anyone know how I might accomplish this?

I want to use the members of two different distribution groups in order to make one new distribution group.

You can create the new distribution group and run the following commands to add the members from other 2 DGs

Get-DistributionGroupMember oldgroup1 | Add-distributiongroupmember newgroup
Get-DistributionGroupMember oldgroup2 | Add-distributiongroupmember newgroup
