How can I increase the size of the message center?

Delete the profile and recreate the OST if the user is in cache mode.( check the drive space on the machine)

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832925 Will show you how to change some of the values in the registry for Outlook message store sizes.  HOWEVER, Larger sizes typically means slower (sometimes much slower) performance.  I would really recommend trying to clean out the junk in your email files, compacting folders, getting rid of junk email and spam, etc. to shrink the size of your Outlook PST or OST.
