Excel vlookup assistance

Dear Team,

I would like to have assistance from you related with an example related with vlookup. As shown in example.

On sheet 2 , I have values for A , B , C , D in numbers each and corresponding to alphabets in words such as Apple , Ball etc .

Now on sheet 1 , I know how to make vlookup with A and its corresponding number, if change the letter , the number too changes . This is perfect.
Now how can I add one more cell to it, so that when I change the letter , the number changes in one cell and another cell corresponding word comes too .

your question is not clear for me,
could modify the sample with new request sample and make comments on cells to what values you want to see

Hi ,
Sorry I attached an unsaved file . You can see in attached in brown cell highlighted and comment mentioned in red. I have added some values in sheet 2 .

Objective is ,
now this excel sheet works, when I select the cell corresponding value appears as per the table. How can I add one more cell to be visible , as shown in the excel sheet.
