How do i make rules client side only

Hi,

I have just moved an business from pop3 delivery to office 365 (running Outlook 2013 as the client). The boss has many (>200) rules, but he does not want the rules applied on the server - because he wants to be able to see the raw inbox feed on his blackberry.

So is there a way that I can force all rules to be client side, and moreover can I change >200 rules at once.

thanks for your time
