I do not know if you can do that. Autocomplete starting with Outlook 2010 is in the stream autocomplete file in the roaming folder. I don't think you can open them as CSV or make them into CSV.

You can open contacts in autocomplete, make them contacts in the Contact folder. From there, Contacts can be exported to CSV.

Maybe I worded it incorectley. I need to export it to use it in a new profile on a new PC

Thanks for the update. You will find stream autocomplete here:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache

Copy the contents of RoamCache to the same folder in the new PC. Open Outlook (it should be installed first on the new PC) and you should have autocomplete.
