Equallogic controller.

Experts out there, I have to replace a faulty ctrl module and looking for the steps.
We have three member is a pool, one member has minor  no critical error . I am thinking of replacing this ctrl module.
Should i console to the particular array's  active controller.
>shutdown
Power it off that particulr array.
Replace the module provided i take the memory (ssd) card from old to replacement.
Then turn the power on.
Will this do the job?
or should i have to shutdown all the members ?

Uh, I would talk to Dell tech support first.

If you power off the member with the bad controller the entire group may go down, depending on your your volumes are distributed.

I replaced a controller once from memory, and as I recall I consoled in and made sure that the other controller was active, then I removed the old controller, swapped the memory card, and reinserted the controller. It is supposed to be a non disruptive repair, but it is always best to do it during a maintenance window if you can.
