In a Word 2010 document with a JPG header, the header prints differently than it looked in the print preview. This only happens on our new HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 printer. It prints fine on our HP LaserJet P1606dn.
On the 8610 the header occupies the same space, but it blows up the image such that only the top left 9th (estimated) of the actual image is shown. See the attachment as it shows what the printout looks like. header.JPG

Does it happen with all users, all documents? If only documents with this header are affected, what happens if you start a new document and insert the JPEG; does that print correctly? If only one user, try reinstalling the driver for that user. If only one document is affected, try recreating that doc.

A couple of times, I have seen odd formatting behavior in Word 2010 with an old document created in Word XP or 2003. It worked fine after we saved the .DOC file as a .DOCX. Is it a .DOC or .DOCX file?
