mail merge is showing 0s from data list

I have attached a document that is connected to the data sheet.

In the mail merge, I get a "0" for Company and Address2 even though there is valid data in those fields.  Is there any reason why that would happen?

When highlighting one of the cells in those columns, the dropdown items in the "number" ribbon says "Special". (So do the other columns, so not sure why they work and the other two don't.) I highlighted the two columns and selected "Text" instead.  That seemed to register on the Mail Merge.  Give it a try and let me know if that's what you're looking for.  I've attached it with those changes.
