Recommendations for Hard Drive cloning software

I need to upgrade a Windows 7 desktop machine to a bigger hard drive, but I cannot reload Windows and all the software on the PC for various reason.  Is there a good cloning software someone could recommend?  I just upgraded a laptop to a Samsung Solid State hard drive and it came with some very simply and easy software from Samsung, but I believe this only works with Samsung SSD's.  I bought a new Seagate desktop hard drive for my desktop upgrade, but it doesn't appear to come with any software.  I was hoping that this technology wasn't so specialized now and that there were some free options available, however, I don't mind paying a small fee if there are better recommendations for software that costs money.

Thanks

I've use EaseUS Disk Copy. They have a free version for home use: http://www.easeus.com/disk-copy/

I might have jumped the gun here with this question.  The new hard drive I bought is a Seagate, and it looks like their "DiscWizard" software might be able to do the clone.
