Hi there,

I would like to know if when you receive an email in text format you can reply and set the HTML format automatically instead of setting it manually ?

Thanks

I don't know about newer Outlook versions but, out of the box, you'll need a 3rd party add-on to help.
Outlook will always reply and forward in the same format (Plain Text, Rich Text or HTML) of the original message
