Installing public ssl certificate on netcaler 10.5

I am trying to install a public certificate on a netcaler 10.5 52.1115.e.nc

i tryed https://www.digicert.com/csr-creation-ssl-installation-citrix-netscaler.htm
and
http://www.robinhobo.com/configure-citrix-netscaler-10-5-including-gateway-citrix-storefront-2-5-2/

but when i install the certificate is hangs on install certificate and does not get to the next step

any idea

i managed to solve this issue to change the rsa keying to des instead of 3des
