My statement is

If the sum of I(12,O12,R12) is greater than 0.2 or L12 is >.45 then return Breach, otherwise, blank

I cant seem to get that going

Can someone advise the syntax

Please note the SUM part might not be correct, as I think you made a typo. But it will be easy to fix, as you know now the syntax.
