Netapps snapmirror replication bandwidth limit

Full Bandwidth is utilizing by snapmirror transfer, I tried limit the throttle with below commands, but still utilizing maximum, any idea whats wrong?

options replication.throttle.enable on
options replication.throttle.outgoing.max_kbs 512

How are you checking that it's not accepting this configuration ?

Usually, I would set via On Command ?

this would be a 4Mbps connection, is that what you're aiming for?  512 Kilobytes.

We have PRTG monitoring system, that will tell you the current  bandwidth utilization of the circuit.

True, currency its set for 4mbps, but I don't think is limiting in 4mbps. I see still full bandwidth (10mbps) utilizing

Do you have this on both controllers?  Keep in mind that it's per controller setting

So if you have 4mbps per controller that's 8 total
