Help in powerpivot Sort

I have created a dashboard that maps records in excel sheet and sql and create a report.
I need to sort one column based on ascending. But when I click that the sort option gets disabled in the excel window.
Can some one help me with that.

Make sure you are clicking on the correct cell beforehand.

Here's an example:

PivotTable
If I click on cell B3, the Sort & filter are disabled.

If I click on cell B4, the Sort & filter are enabled and work.

If you've tried clicking on different cells, and it still isn't working, then you need to provide more information, such as screenshots.
