How to convert this publisher flyer to word format

Hello everyone,

when I try to convert this flyer into word format it tells me that in word it can only save the txt not the pics ??

can someone convert this flyer in word format and explain me how he did it please :)

Ok I can't even upload a pub format because it is not accepted :(
