Finally managed to reboot the server that was affected and its now picked up the registry change, so I would suggest if anyone has this issue, rather than recycling IIS, rebooted the server after the registry change in the above Microsoft article.

I have a strange issue with our OWA. &nbsp;I have changed the password for a user who has left the company, but the old password still works.<br />

Hi, 

I have a strange issue with our OWA.  I have changed the password for a user who has left the company, but the old password still works.

I have carried out the Registry change in this Microsoft (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/267568) article but this hasn't made any difference.

Does anyone have any other recommendations, as I can't find any other fixes for this issue.
