start app with computer start up and run as background process.

Hello experts,
We have this small App in vb2013 that has to start running when the pc is turned on and has to stay running.

So how can I make the computer run this App at start-up momento of the pc ?

How can I make i run as a backgrund process and what are the advantages or cons of running as background process ?4

What you need is a Windows Service. This is how stuff like and antivirus starts with the computer and runs in the background.

The main disadvantage of a service is that it cannot display a user interface. If you need the service to display information or want the user to configure or interact with the service, you need a separate application.

Also, a service cannot be debugged as easily as a standard application.
