Hi there,

do you want to host email for multiple different domains or you just want to accept email for multiple domain names that you just bought?

If you need to host email, then you could look for Multi Tenant model of exchange 2013, that is installed differently then usual exchange.

Each domain would be configured in separate OU, in your domain.
