what are the limits when it comes to sending emails for office 365 and exchange 2010?

The Office 365 send/receive limit is 25mb and the default Exchange 2010 limit is 10mb but it can be adjusted to whatever you want (up to unlimited), but it doesn't mean that the receiving server can receive the same size limits.

i actually meant the number of recipients i can email at once. :)
