I have an Exchange 2013 user who has been able to open usera and userb's email folders all within her email profile. Everything was working very well. She had a Windows 7 Pro machine. Using Outlook 2010.
We recently upgraded her to a faster Windows 7 pro machine with Outlook 2010. We set up her email profile and then added usera and userb's mail. When we try to open either user a or b, it says "unable to open folder". We have made sure "folder visible" is checked, have tried with caching on and off and Office is at the highest service pack level.
We have nothing left to check. We need the experts!!
