If this is a Netware server you should be able to start ConsoleOne from

\\servername\sys\PUBLIC\mgmt\ConsoleOne\1.2\bin

If that doesn't work, you can also try to start nwadmn32 from \\servername\sys\PUBLIC\WIN32

If you can access the physical console you can also start ConsoleOne on the graphical User interface

Can you elaborate some more on what was done? There is no EE advantage in closing a question when there is no solution, it would be better to have this question deleted.
