Folder Redirection issues to some Accounts Windows Server 2012 Essential R2 -How to remove?
We migrated from Windows SBS 2003 R2 to Windows Server 2012 R2 recently.
For some reason , Folder Redirection became enforced.
We noticed some users especially the laptop users had Folder Redirection kicked in. Although removed via the Group Policy wizard, it still persist.
For one user , we reset laptop to factory default but then rejoined the domain . The user does not have redirection shown anymore
FOr another user, we tried removing the laptop from domain then adding it back again but the folder redirection still kicks in for that user. We remove the user account from under Manage User Account on the machine. And added the user again to be able to logon to the machine. Same issue. Folder redirection kicks in again
The thing is this only happens on certain machines. What is the easiest way to solve this Folder Redirection issue?
