Hello,

I have a dell powervault 124t tape backup unit and its giving off a TAflag[31] Hardware B error on the LCD and will not backup anything.  In the manual, it says to powercycle which I did with the same results.  Is this a hardware issue I can fix myself or is this unit junk?  Thanks.
