Conflict between AVG and JustCloud

Running Windows 7. AVG protection deletes my Just Cloud application.

I talked to JustCloud. They report having issues with AVG.
JustCloud emailed me a detailed procedure to solve the issue.
Starts with disabling AVG by right-clicking its ocon on the AVG tray.
I don't seem to have an "AVG tray".
I opened AVG, then opened "Protection", and disabled it.
Then I downloaded the JustCloud installation exe.
AVG immediately removed it. AVG still shows "disabled".

Advice sorely needed.
Maybe a different cloud service??? Any recomendations?

I haven't spoken with AVG. JustCloud says if I do, I should impress upon them that JustCloud is not malware. Should I bother going that route?

We do have to be careful if JustCloud does carry any other software besides itself, meaning any other potentially unwanted programs (PUP) with its (supposedly) legitimate downloads. See from JustCloud sharing that also stated other AV

 The installation should be signed by JustCloud to ascertain integrity too, as such package downloaded from other site like SourceForge may not be the official release and comes (repackaged) even with PUP. Maybe JustCloud can further confirm as this will make stronger false positive argument against AVG  action of removal.

Supposedly AVG can exclude specific file as stated in their FAQ, wonder if that is same as what you done. It shouldnt need for AVG to be disabled per se. If really so and it still remove the exe then it is AVG internal list or behaviour triggers.
