Conflict between AVG and JustCloud

Running Windows 7. AVG protection deletes my Just Cloud application.
I talked to JustCloud. They report having issues with AVG.
JustCloud emailed me a detailed procedure to solve the issue.
Starts with disabling AVG by right-clicking its ocon on the AVG tray.
I don't seem to have an "AVG tray".
I opened AVG, then opened "Protection", and disabled it.
Then I downloaded the JustCloud installation exe.
AVG immediately removed it. AVG still shows "disabled".
Advice sorely needed.
Maybe a different cloud service??? Any recomendations?
I haven't spoken with AVG. JustCloud says if I do, I should impress upon them that JustCloud is not malware. Should I bother going that route?
