I am attempting to create a virtual windows 2012r2 server in Citrix XenServer6.0 but keep getting an error during the initial install. The same error occurs when trying to create any windows 8 build as well.
I have of course searched around and did find a few articles that referenced adjusting "Data Execution Prevention" feature within the BIOS. I have done that but the issue still occurs.
The install begins and its starts to load the files I then see the windows logo and immediately see the error message. That stays on screen for a moment and the vm reboots. *error message is below
I have 3 other virtual servers created all server 2008r2 builds with no problems.
The physical box has the following:
HP Proliant ML350 G6
2x Intel Xeon CPU E5620 @ 2.40GHz and the BIOS version is HP D22
XenServer 6.0.0-50762p
Your PC needs to restart.
Please hold down the power button.
