toad displaying table name in chineshi am using toad 10 my database table name are been display in chines,has anyone see this

Check the nationalization settings on the machine running Toad.

You might also check for an NLS_LANG environment variable.

am on window 7 32 bit where do i check nationalization settings and NLS_LANG environment variable.

It is typically set in the registry.  If you are not comfortable accessing the registry directly, I suggest you work with your Windows System Administrator.
